"Learn the complete Salatul Tasbeeh ki Namaz ka tarika, including the special Tasbeeh prayer formula, Ruku ki Tasbeeh, and its immense forgiveness benefits."

What is the Tasbeeh Prayer (Salatul Tasbeeh)?

The **Tasbeeh prayer** (Salatul Tasbeeh) is a special voluntary (Nafl) prayer consisting of four Rakats. It is renowned for its immense spiritual reward. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught this prayer to his uncle, Abbas (RA), stating that praying it forgives all sins—first and last, old and new, intentional and unintentional, minor and major.
The Prophet (PBUH) advised praying it daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or at least once in a lifetime due to its extraordinary benefits (Sunan Abi Dawud 1297).

The Special Tasbeeh Formula

Throughout this prayer, a specific Tasbeeh is recited **300 times** in total across the 4 Rakats (75 times per Rakat). The formula is:
> **سُبْحَانَ اللّٰهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ وَلَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ وَاللّٰهُ أَكْبَرُ** > *(SubhanAllahi walhamdulillahi wa la ilaha illallahu wallahu akbar)* > "Glory be to Allah, all praise is to Allah, there is no deity but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest."

Salatul Tasbeeh ki Namaz ka Tarika (Step-by-Step Method)

Here is the complete **Salatul Tasbeeh ki Namaz ka tarika** for a single Rakat. This exact process is repeated for all 4 Rakats:
1. **Intention & Sana:** Make the intention for 4 Rakats Nafl Salatul Tasbeeh. Say *Allahu Akbar*, fold your hands, and recite *Sana* (Subhanaka...). 2. **First Recitation (15 Times):** Before reciting Surah Al-Fatiha, recite the special Tasbeeh formula **15 times**. 3. **Fatiha & Surah:** Recite Surah Al-Fatiha followed by another Surah. 4. **Second Recitation (10 Times):** After the Surah, while still standing, recite the special Tasbeeh formula **10 times**. 5. **Ruku ki Tasbeeh (10 Times):** Go into Ruku. After reciting the standard **ruku ki tasbeeh** (*Subhana Rabbiyal Azeem* 3 times), recite the special Tasbeeh formula **10 times**. 6. **Qauma (10 Times):** Stand up from Ruku (saying *Sami Allahu...*). While standing upright, recite the formula **10 times**. 7. **First Sujood (10 Times):** Go into Sajdah. After the standard Sajdah tasbeeh, recite the formula **10 times**. 8. **Jalsa (10 Times):** Sit up from Sajdah. While sitting, recite the formula **10 times**. 9. **Second Sujood (10 Times):** Go into the second Sajdah. After the standard tasbeeh, recite the formula **10 times**.
**Total per Rakat:** 15 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 = **75 Times**. Multiply this by 4 Rakats, and you reach exactly **300 recitations**.

Important Rules to Remember

- If you forget to recite the formula in one posture, make up for it in the next posture to ensure the count of 75 per Rakat is maintained.
