When Fatimah (RA), the beloved daughter of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), complained of physical fatigue from grinding grain with a hand mill and asked for a household helper, the Prophet (PBUH) visited her and Ali (RA) and said: 'Shall I not teach you something better than what you asked for? When you go to bed, say SubhanAllah 33 times, Alhamdulillah 33 times, and Allahu Akbar 34 times. That is better for you than a servant' (Sahih al-Bukhari 3113 & Sahih Muslim 2727).
