1. Dua for Goodness in World & Hereafter (Surah Al-Baqarah: 201)
Arabic: رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Transliteration: Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan wa qina 'adhaban-nar
Urdu Translation: اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں دنیا میں بھی بھلائی عطا فرما اور آخرت میں بھی بھلائی عطا فرما، اور ہمیں آگ کے عذاب سے بچا۔
Virtues & Hadith Reference: According to Sahih al-Bukhari (6389), this was the single most frequent supplication recited by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Transliteration: Rabbana atina min ladunka rahmatan wa hayyi' lana min amrina rashada
Urdu Translation: اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں اپنی خاص رحمت عطا فرما اور ہمارے کام میں ہمارے لیے درست رہنمائی اور آسانی پیدا فرما۔
Virtues & Context: When the young Believers of the Cave (Ashab-e-Kahf) sought refuge from persecution with no obvious way out, they recited this prayer (Surah Al-Kahf 18:10). It is a vital Dua when making difficult career or family choices, asking Allah for direct divine mercy (Rahmah) and clarity/ease (Rashad) in confusing matters.
3. Dua for Severe Demotivation & Anxiety (Allahu Allahu Rabbi)
Arabic: اللَّهُ اللَّهُ رَبِّي لَا أُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا
Transliteration: Allahu Allahu Rabbi, la ushriku bihi shay'a
Urdu Translation: اللہ ہی میرا رب ہے، میں اس کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہیں ٹھہراتا۔

4. Dua to Overcome Regret & "If Only / Kash" (Qadarullahi Wa Ma Sha'a Fa'al)
Arabic: قَدَرُ اللَّهِ وَمَا شَاءَ فَعَلَ
Transliteration: Qadarullahi wa ma sha'a fa'al
Urdu Translation: یہ اللہ کی تقدیر ہے، اس نے جو چاہا وہ کیا۔
Virtues & Hadith Reference: In Sahih Muslim (2664), the Prophet (PBUH) advised: "If something befalls you, do not say 'If only I had done such and such', for 'If only' opens the door to Satan.
