يَا مُسَبِّبَ الْأَسْبَابِ، يَا رَحِيمُ يَا رَحْمَٰنُ يَا مَلِكُ يَا قُدُّوسُ يَا سَلَامُ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ رَبِّي مِنْ كُلِّ ذَنْبٍ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ يَا عَزِيزُ يَا جَبَّارُ يَا مُتَكَبِّرُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ الْحَلِيمُ الْكَرِيمُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَسُبْحَانَ الْفَتَّاحِ الْعَلِيمِ
Transliteration (Pronunciation)
Ya Musabbibal-asbab, ya Raheem ya Rahman, ya Maliku ya Quddusu ya Salam, Astaghfirullah Rabbi min kulli dhambin wa atubu ilayh, ya Dhal-Jalali wal-Ikram, ya 'Azeezu ya Jabbaru ya Mutakabbir, La ilaha illallahu Muhammadur Rasoolullah, Innallaha 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer, Ya Hayyu ya Qayyumu bi-rahmatika astagheeth, La ilaha illallahul-Haleemul-Kareem, La ilaha illallahu wa Subhanal-Fattahil-'Aleem.

“O Causer of all causes, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate, King, Holy, Peace! I seek forgiveness from Allah for all my sins and turn to Him. O Possessor of Majesty and Honor, Most Mighty, Overpowering, Supreme! There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Indeed Allah has power over all things. O Ever-Living, O Self-Sustaining, by Your mercy I seek help! There is no god but Allah, the Forbearing, Generous! Glory be to Allah, the Opener, the All-Knowing!”
“اے اسباب پیدا کرنے والے، اے نہایت رحم کرنے والے، اے بادشاہ، اے پاک ذات، اے سلامتی والے! میں اپنے رب سے تمام گناہوں کی معافی مانگتا ہوں اور اسی کی طرف توبہ کرتا ہوں۔ اے عظمت اور عزت والے، اے غالب، اے جبار، اے تکبر والے! اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، محمد اللہ کے رسول ہیں۔ بے شک اللہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے۔ اے زندہ اور قائم رہنے والے، تیری ہی رحمت سے فریاد کرتا ہوں! اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں جو حلم اور کرم والا ہے۔ پاک ہے وہ اللہ جو کھولنے والا اور سب کچھ جاننے والا ہے۔”
